Just received a fun new collection in the mail from Armen in New Jersey! A few standouts are a beautiful Light Blue Custom Corvette, a Blue Bye Focal, and a striking Gold Noodle Head.
The Custom Corvette was one of the original Sweet 16 released in 1968 and was inspired by Chevrolet’s show car styling, with its long hood and aggressive stance making it a Redline favorite.
The Bye Focal, designed by Larry Wood, was based on a fanciful two-engine version of the 1970 Dodge Challenger. Its engine concept and wild styling made it one of the most imaginative fantasy castings of the Redline era, and the blue Spectraflame version really pops.
The Noodle Head is pure Hot Wheels fantasy at its best, known for its wild engine-forward design and unmistakable character. Gold is such a sharp color on this casting, and always a standout in a Redline lineup.
